1. คืนได้ ในกรณีที่เป็นความผิดพลาดของทางร้าน คือ ส่งสินค้าไม่ถูกต้องตามที่ลูกค้าสั่ง หรือ ส่งผิด

2. เปลี่ยนไซส์ สงวนสิทธิ์สำหรับปลอกผ้าห่มเท่านั้น ถ้าเปลี่ยนสินค้านอกระบบ ลูกค้าต้องจ่ายค่าส่งเอง

3. สินค้าลดราคาไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนและคืนสินค้าทุกกรณี

4. ไม่รับคืนสินค้าในกรณีอื่น ๆ ที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากความผิดของร้าน เช่น ไม่ชอบ ไม่อยากได้แล้ว ใส่ไม่สวย

5. ในการเปลี่ยนหรือคืน สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม เหมือนตอนที่ได้รับสินค้าครั้งแรก ห้ามซักรีด เด็ดขาด 

ก่อนการสั่งซื้อทุกครั้ง โปรดเช็ครายละเอียดสินค้า ไซส์ และ ภาพถ่ายสินค้าอย่างรอบคอบค่ะ

Products Return/Change Rules

1. Returnable: only in the case that it is the store’s mistake; ship wrong color/size/product

2. Need of size change: only changeable for blanket cases/ Duvet covers

3. Products on sale during promotions or campaign CANNOT be returned or changed

4. We DO NOT accept return or change for any reason that are not store’s mistakes; for example, ‘I don’t want this item anymore’ and/or ‘I don’t like this item’

5. In order to return or change the products, the products must stay in the same condition. Must not wash nor iron.
