สวิทช์การไหลแบบทุ่น หรือ Piston Type Flow Switch ภายในข้อต่อของตัวสวิทช์การไหลจะบรรจุทุ่นที่เคลื่อนที่ได้อย่างอิสระเมื่อเกิดการไหล ทุ่นจะถูกดันให้มาอยู่ในตำแหน่งที่ของเหลวสามารถไหลผ่านออกไปได้ซึ่งที่ตัวทุ่นนั้นจะมีแม่เหล็กติดไว้ทำให้ทุ่นไปกระตุ้น Reed Switch ให้เปลี่ยนสภาวะการทำงาน เมื่อไม่มีการไหลทุ่นจะกลับไปอยู่ในตำแหน่งเดิมด้วยแรงผลักของแม่เหล็ก

Principle of operation: If the water flow in the pipeline is greater than 0.75 l/min, the magnetic core is displaced under the effect of the water flow and drives the magnetic source to produce a magnetron effect that causes the sensor outputs a "1". Switching that is input into the device control system. After the power boost, the purpose of water flow control is achieved. If the water flow in the pipeline is less than 0.75 l/min, the magnetic core drives the magnetic source back under the force of the return spring, so that the sensor outputs a "0" switching to stop the system

•The ambient temperature is not lower than 0 C. Do not knock on the case. Keep away from magnetic objects
•The output of the is a switching value, therefore the connection method of the control object must also be a switching control relationship.
•The performance of the control object must not exceed the load capacity
