>> ทางเราจะจัดส่งสินค้าให้คุณลูกค้าภายใน 1-2วันทำการ หลังจากได้รับคำสั่งซื้อเข้าระบบ โดยจะตัดรอบสั่งซื้อทุก 18:00 น. ของทุกวัน และปิดบริการจัดส่งในวันอาทิตย์และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์

>> สำหรับคุณลูกค้าที่ประสงค์ทำการสลักชื่อลงบนสินค้า สามารถแจ้งชื่อที่ต้องการสลักผ่านช่องทางแชทของร้าน โดยใช้เวลาสลักชื่อไม่เกิน 1-2วันทำการ

>> กรณีที่คุณลูกค้ารับสินค้าไปแล้วพบว่า สินค้าผิดรุ่น ผิดสี ไม่ครบถ้วน หรือสลักชื่อผิด ตามรายละเอียดในคำสั่งซื้อ คุณลูกค้าสามารถติดต่อทางร้านโดยตรงในทันที เพื่อแจ้งเปลี่ยนสินค้า โดยทางร้านจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่ง ทั้งนี้ เมื่อมีวิดิโอและ/หรือรูปภาพ ที่แสดงหลักฐานว่าทางร้านจัดส่งสินค้าไม่สมบูรณ์จริง

>> กรณีคุณลูกค้าแจ้งชื่อ ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ หรือรายละเอียดในการจัดส่งสินค้าผิดจากในระบบ และทางเราได้จัดส่งสินค้าตามระบบอย่างถูกต้อง ทางร้านจะไม่สามารถทำการติดตามสถานะของสินค้านั้นๆได้ รบกวนคุณลูกค้าประสานงานกับบริษัทจัดส่งสินค้าด้วยตนเอง

>> หากคุณลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าแล้วพบว่าสินค้ามีปัญหาในเรื่องใดๆก็ตาม ไม่ว่าจะเกิดขึ้นจากทางลูกค้าเองไม่อ่านเงื่อนไขต่างๆ, รายละเอียดสินค้าต่างๆ และทำการรีวิวพร้อมหักดาวร้านโดยไม่สอบถามและติดต่อทางเราก่อน ทางHILMYNA Handmade ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข, เปลี่ยนแปลง และทำการเคลมสินค้าทุกกรณี

>> คุณลูกค้าท่านใดมีข้อซักถามเพิ่มเติม สามารถติดต่อทางHILMYNA Handmade ได้ทางช่องแชทโดยตรง

เงื่อนไขการเคลมสินค้าที่มีตำหนิหรือชำรุด

>> คุณลูกค้าต้องถ่ายรูปและวิดิโอระหว่างแกะพัสดุเพื่อเป็นหลักฐานทุกครั้ง ในการเคลมสินค้าทุกกรณี

>> สินค้าที่มีตำหนิ ชำรุด หรือจัดส่งผิดรุ่น ผิดสี หรือสลักชื่อผิด สามารถทำการติดต่อขอเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7วัน นับตั้งแต่ได้รับสินค้า

>> สินค้าชำรุด คือ ผิวของสินค้าเป็นรอยขีดข่วนภายนอก ซิปสะดุดรูดไม่ลื่น อะไหล่ต่างๆ ของสมุดหรือสินค้าอยู่ในสภาพไม่สมบูรณ์ ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ หรือเป็นสนิม

>> การเคลมสินค้าทุกกรณี คุณลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้จัดส่งคืนสินค้าให้กับทางร้านเอง และจัดส่งใบเสร็จค่าส่งสินค้าเพื่อขอรับเงินค่าส่งสินค้าคืน โดยจะดำเนินการภายใน 3 วันทำการ นับจากได้รับสินค้า
