How to maintain

Avoid cutting or scratching with hard or sharp objects.

Product warranty conditions

The product warranty will be effective only when the customer has registered in the store's Line or Facebook system.

If there is no registration within 7 days, the store will consider this warranty void.

 

How to register for insurance

Scan the QR code from the warranty label on the box and inform the order number and date of receipt of the product. The store will check the customer's information and record it in the product warranty database. The customer's warranty will be effective from the date of registration.

 

**Note: Any customer who scans the product warranty QR Code on both Line and Facebook has the right to receive a voucher.**

 

In case the product is damaged during delivery, please pack the product in a box before sending it back to the store within 7 days after receiving the product. If the product is not packed in a box, we ask permission not to accept a return. And if it is more than 7 days, the store will not be responsible in any case.
