Product description
*When taking pictures under a strong light source (such as the sun), you can see the familiar "flare" spots on the image. Flare can severely degrade your image quality. Different lenses produce different spot patterns; the shape of the larger spots depends on the shape of the lens iris, and the color depends on the glass and coatings used.
*Blackout prevents light from entering the lens at extreme angles and reflecting inside the lens. This reduces the contrast of the image. Lens hoods serve two other very practical purposes. They help protect the lens when it is placed on a or in a camera bag and when lenses are changed, and they also help keep fingers away from the front of the lens
*Flower/Crown type: Let the light enter the lens correctly
