•Shape the whole earplug into a ball or cylinder.

•Push into the external ear canal.

•ค่อยๆ เกลี่ยชิลิโคนให้ปิดรูหูให้สนิท

•Roll the earplugs slowly to fill the outer ear.

•ล้างทำความสะอาด ซิลิโคนอุดหู ด้วยน้ำสะอาดหรือน้ำสบู่ และปล่อยให้แห้ง

•Use water or soapy water, gently rinse then leave to dry naturally.

•เก็บชิลิโคนในกล่อง ปิดฝาให้สนิทและหลีกเลี่ยงแสงแดด
