Cleanliness and “sucham” (purity in terms of hygiene of utensils, etc.) is maintained at every step of preparation. Ghee has a near complete lipid profile including essential fatty acids and vitamins A,D,E and K. It can be used as a cooking medium.
You can apply to soups, curries, toasts, gruels and porriges. 1-3 tbsp/day is recommended for individuals leading a moderate to active lifestyle.
