ที่มีมันออก ได้ชิ้นเนื้อล้วน ติดมันนิดหน่อย แล้วนำมาดองในน้ำ
ดองสูตรพิเศษของเฮ้าส์นาน 4 วัน จึงทาด้วยเม็ดพริกไทยบดหยาบ
ผสมเครื่องเทศอีกหลาย10ชนิด แล้วนำไปรมควันด้วยไม้นำเข้า
ต่ออีกครึ่งวันเพื่อให้ความหอมของควันติดเนื้อ นำมาอบให้สุกพอดี
ได้แฮมเนื้อล้วน ไขมันน้อย แต่ด้านในของแฮมยังชุ่มลิ้น
และเนื่องจากเป็นแฮมที่ไม่มีไนเตรท สีแฮมของทางร้านเราจะไม่
เป็นสีแดงชมพู สีของเนื้อแฮมหลังรมควันด้วยไม้รมควัน จะเป็น
สีน้ำตาล แต่ ปลอดภัย แถมยังดูน่าทานกว่าด้วย

• จัดส่งสินค้าแบบเหมาจ่าย ยิ่งสั่งเยอะยิ่งคุ้มค่าส่ง
• ค่าจัดส่งของร้านเราจะสูงหน่อยนะคะ เนื่องจากเป็นการจัดส่งด้วย
รถขนส่งห้องเย็น Nim EXPRESS แบบแช่แข็ง แพ๊คใส่กล่องกระดาษ
เท่านั้น เพื่อให้ความเย็นเข้าถึงสินค้า สภาพกล่องอาจไม่สมบูรณ์ เช่น
กล่องบุบ หรือเปียก แต่สินค้าด้านในไม่เสียหาย สินค้าทุกตัวไม่มีสาร
กันบูด อยู่นอกตู้เย็นข้ามวันก็จะเสียได้ค่ะ
• ค่าจัดส่งที่แจ้งในระบบครอบคลุมเฉพาะพื้นที่ที่รถห้องเย็นของ NIM
EXPRESS จัดส่งได้เท่านั้น
• ของใช้เวลาเดินทาง 1-4 วัน ไม่นับวันจัดส่ง แต่อาจมีช้ากว่านี้นะคะ
หากบริษัทติดขัดระบายจัดส่งสินค้าไม่ทัน (อัตราการจัดส่งช้า เกิดน้อย
มากๆค่ะ) แต่สินค้าจะไม่เสียหาย เนื่องจากจะถูกเก็บที่ห้องเย็น
หากสินค้าเสียหายจากการขนส่ง ทางร้านจะรับผิดชอบส่งของใหม่ไปให้
ลูกค้า และจะดำเนินการติดตามเรื่องเคลมเองค่ะ
• นอกจากจัดส่งด้วยรถห้องเย็น เราอาจเราจะจัดส่งด้วยพี่วินมอไซ ลูกค้าได้
รับสินค้าเลยไม่ต้องรอ
• พื้นที่นอกเขตบริการ NIM EXPRESS จะจัดส่งด้วยบริษัท INTER EXPRESS
ค่าจัดส่งเพิ่มเติมจากที่คิดในระบบ 120-150 บาท
+ 220 บาทเพิ่ม สำหรับ 3 จว. ชายแดนใต้ และพื้นที่เกาะ
+ 260 บาทเพิ่ม สำหรับพื้นที่เกาะที่จัดส่งยาก เนื่องจากมีค่ากล่อง

**** Smoked Pepper Ham ****
(No nitrate, No nitrite, No MSG)
Looking for lean pepper hams, our pepper ham could be
your choice. We select the pork loin cuts, trim the excess fat
and marinate in brine spice for 4 days and then roll them in
our pepper spice mixed before smoking them for half a day
with beech wood chips. Resulting an excellent flavor of a
mild smoky pepper ham.
Shelf life:
• If Keep Frozen, they are good for 6 months from the produced date.
• If the package is opened, they are good for 2-3 days in
refrigerator.

📣📣 Important Notes: Please go through details down
before placing any order📣📣
* Delivery:
• Goods will be shipped frozen by a refrigerated truck
called Nim Express which usually takes 1-4 days to arrive.
However, if you live nearby us, delivery by a rider will be
an alternative.
• Goods will be packed in cardboard box to allow the cold air
to get in. Box may be de-formed but will not affect the
products.

* Shipping cost:
• The shipping fee stated in our shop is only valid for areas
that are covered by Nim Express which pretty much throughout
the country.
• We charge lumpsum amount for every order that destinations
are covered by Nim Express.
However, there will be an extra charge for :
• Areas outside Nim Express service coverage of
120-170 Baht, depending on the parcel size.
• Islands, Mehongsorn, some remote areas and 3 southern
boarder provinces for another 220 Bahts
• Some difficult islands may require to ship in Styrofoam box,
we charge 260 Bahts more.
