ยีสต์ ICV-D47 ผลิตสาร polysaccharide สูง ซึ่งสารตัวนี้ ขึ้นชื่อในเรื่องการกลิ่นและรสชาติผลไม้
ได้รับการคัดแยกสายพันธุ์จากแคว้น Cote Du Rhone
